So week three... Mobile phone art!
To be honest my phone isn't that great, you cant do much with it. It's no iphone with photoshop! I HAVE discovered you can throw it at a brick wall twice and still be able to use it!
I clearly am not capable of understanding the full ability of my phone we just don't get one another. In class today I could not send bluetooth files from my phone to the computer. Not sure it that was me or the phone! My cable did not work and thus I am not the greatest fan of mobile phone art!
The idea is certainly interesting and very representational of our mobile phone crazed society, however I like making big art and mobile phone art just is not BIG enough! It also could be giving everyone brain tumors and I just cant support that!
This image was created on a mobile phone. This image does not interest me very much I more put this here just as an example of mobile phone art. The image at the top of this blog is quite interesting. If you look closely the circle is made up of many of the same mobile phones. If anything mobile phone art is good for is recycling mobile phones instead of sending them to landfill!

This is a short blog maybe I am being closed minded or I am just not ready for this kind of art but as I have said earlier I need to feel something towards the art that I produce. Its not the phone it's me!
